Looper review

After a weekend of nail biting football from watching my Ohio State Buckeyes and Green Bay Packers I finished off my Sunday night by going to my first movie in a few months, “Looper”.  If you don’t know anything about the movie it’s set a bit into the future and the mafia uses time travel to send criminals back to the time when the movie takes place to be eliminated by a “Looper” which is basically an assassin or hit-man.

The movie is phenomenal. Bruce Willis is his typical bad-ass self and Joseph Gordon-Levitt is gonna be the next A-list actor if he isn’t there all ready. Emily Blunt does a great job in the movie as well with her fearless persona. Plus she is a total babe. I really don’t want to give away any of the plot so I won’t but if you go see this movie, (which you should) just remember it is set a bit in the future. Also it makes you think and pay attention through the whole movie, so if your significant other wants to make out during the movie, make sure you do it in the previews. There is also a good amount of action and a few chuckles along the way.

Here is the trailer if you need more convincing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2iQuhsmtfHw
